Last Thursday I had the opportunity to attend a BECCA Cosmetics beauty event hosted by Danielle of The Style and Beauty Doctor. The event took place at the lovely New London Luxe where guests where treated to drinks, desserts and customizable make-overs.
Although I've heard of BECCA for quite some time now, I've never used their products until this event.What makes BECCA unique is that the brand has 18 or more shades for EVERY collection! So every person of virtually every hue can use BECCA Cosmetics.
My favorite aspect of BECCA products is the radiant glow that's instantly given to your skin after its use. Now for those with oily to combination skin like mine, you might wander how a "glowy look" will fair on oily skin. Well BECCA has a solution with the Ever Matte Primer from the new Matte Skin Collection.
All of the products in the Matte Collection allows skin to breathe, dulls down the oil in your skin but still provides you with a matte and natural look without the cakiness. For my look below, the make-up artist applied Matte Shine Proof Foundation in Sienna. After the Ever Matte Primer was applied, immediately my shine was gone and I had the infamous "BECCA" glow. It's definitely a product worth investing in.
