It's mega-star Beyonce Knowles-Carter, who was seen having lunch with her beautiful daughter Blue Ivy. According to Necole Bitchie , Mrs. Carter had a special "mommy and me" date at the Buttermilk Channel bistro. I love Blue's little Timberland boots and Bey's casual top-knot and paparazzi blocking sunnies. Blue doesn't seem to like all of the attention. Look at that face...awwww.
